Blackjack

The goal of the game is to reach but not to exceed the number 21 by adding ones card values. When playing Blackjack, Aces have a value of 1 or 11, Jacks, Queens and Kings a value of 10. The other cards count for the value that is printed onto it. The colours of the cards are irrelavant to the game. You can reach a Blackjack when holding an Ace and a card with a value of 10 (10, Jack, Queen or King).

When playing Blackjack you and the other players are playing against the dealer. At the beginning the dealer and all of the players get 2 uncovered cards out of the card shoe. After that each player can ask as many cards from the dealer as he wants. The players that exceed the card value of 21 with their hand lose this hand (bust) and therefore their bet. If you want to win, you need to have a better hand than the dealer without exceeding 21.

Before getting the first 2 cards each player has to place his bet (the height of the bet depends on the Casino). After that, the bets can just be changed by "double", "split" or "insurance". If one player has a Blackjack, he immediately gets the 1,5fold of his bet assumed that the dealer doesn't have a Blackjack as well. In that case the players gets his bet back.

The dealer is obliged to buy cards until he reaches or exceeds 17. If the dealer exceeds 21 (bust) he has to pay all of the players that are still in the game.

Roulette

Roulette is probably one of the best known casino games. It is played buy turning a wheel with number slots (1 to 36 and 0) and throwing a ball into it. The number of the slot where the ball is located at the end is the winning number. The goal of the players is to predict the winning number and to place a bet on it.
